Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts Performance, 2009
The 2009 Festival of the Arts demonstration was one of our best yet. The crowd was enthusiastic and appreciative, and we couldn't have fit another person into the audience participation portions of the show. Photos are generously provided by Anisa Williams, Geoffrey Williams, and the family of Mark and Sharon Van Kuik.

Ba Da Mabu Article
Our student Craig Marks has completed an article on the first Tai Chi Praying Mantis Kung Fu form, Ba Da Mabu. It is a superb reference and reviews the physical posture, application, and some of the philosophy of the eight fundamental stances of our system.
